Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with a product you've purchased online, you have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Conditions for return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be carefully packaged for return to prevent damage in transit.
- Returns must be communicated in advance by email or other official channel.
- If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us immediately. If confirmed, we will process the return and will issue a refund or replacement.
- Shipping costs for returns of non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
